Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PlanMeal is operated by Adam Wudzinski - IT Solutions("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

PlanMealhelps you plan meals for the week: you tell it what you like eating and it drafts recipes and a weekly plan, estimates nutrition and macros, and builds a shopping list. Some features use AI to generate and refine recipes from the text or photos you provide (see the Privacy Policy). The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change, add or remove features, or be discontinued at any time. AI-generated content — including recipes, nutrition estimates and macros — can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for checking anything you rely on, especially for allergies, dietary restrictions or medical needs. It is not nutritional, dietary or medical advice.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

4. Purchases and access

• Access is sold as one-time purchases: time-limited passes (e.g. 7, 30 or 90 days) or a lifetime pass. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
• Time-limited access starts when your current access ends, so buying while a pass is active extends it — you never lose days.
• If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of a purchase by emailing adam.wudzinski94@gmail.com. When we refund an order, the access it granted is revoked. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no reselling without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; where required we will refund unused paid access.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam Wudzinski - IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts competent for the place of business of Adam Wudzinski - IT Solutions. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence.
